Family Practice Physician

Join our team at Bad River Health & Wellness Center as a Family Practice Physician. This full-time position offers a supportive environment where you will provide comprehensive outpatient care to the Bad River community while also serving as a leader within the clinic.

Job Description

• Deliver primary and secondary outpatient care
• Collaborate with physicians, FNPs, and health staff
• Supervise RN, FNP, Lab Tech, Pharmacist, and Medical Assistant
• Consult with clinic leadership, Health Board, and Tribal Council
• Assume Medical Director duties in their absence
• Coordinate with AODA and Behavioral Health programs
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, and positive clinic representation

• Average patients seen: 8-12
• Employed position

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $250,000+ base salary depending on experience
