Primary Care Physician

Join our team at IHC at Marion, where we offer a flexible schedule with 35 patient hours a week. Enjoy the option of a four-day work week, with no weekends or evenings required. This is an employed position suitable for new graduates.

Job Description

• Average patients seen: 18 to 20 patients a day
• 100% outpatient care
• Join a team of talented and dedicated healthcare providers, including three primary care physicians, a pediatrician, a dentist, and two nurse practitioners.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $236,000.00 to $241,000
• Retention bonus

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Board-certified or board-eligible (new graduates are welcome to apply)
• Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.
• Prefer experience working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH
