Job Description

• Full-time hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm; 1 Night 11:30 am - 8 am; Saturdays Rotated 1:8 9 am - 3 pm
• Average patients seen: 20
• Call schedule: 1:8 (phone only)
• Assess, plan, document, and evaluate patient needs and treatment
• Refer patients, as appropriate, to specialists and other practitioners and facilities
• This role will cover exclusively adults, as we have an active pediatrician's office close by
• One evening shift per week with Saturday shifts available for additional income
• EMR = Epic

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $220,000 - $258,824 based on experience
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000
