Medical Director

Davis Street Clinic is seeking a Medical Director to oversee clinic quality and medical patient care services to ensure quality patient outcomes. This position involves collaboration with clinic leaders in Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health to ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and protocols. The Medical Director will dedicate 70-80% of their time to direct patient care and 20-30% to administrative leadership.

Job Description

• Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week
• Average patients seen: 18
• Responsible for overseeing clinic quality and medical patient care services
• Collaborate with clinic leaders to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $375,000 base salary + $25,000 retention bonus after 90 days + additional $25,000 after year 1
