Behavioral Health Manager

Job Description

• Oversee both clinical and administrative functions, including the implementation of a substance abuse program
• Supervise behavioral health staff and provide mental health services such as assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management
• Collaborate with medical teams to improve patient outcomes
• Ensure accurate documentation and support billing optimization
• Help lead program growth

Requirements

• Must be a California-licensed LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist with AOD certification
• At least 2 years of direct client care experience
• Supervisory experience and community health/FQHC background preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
• Comfort working in a multicultural setting and using EHR systems

• Compensation: $125,000 - $135,000
