Lead Clinician

Job Description

• Provide direct behavioral health services and ensure clinical procedures are followed across the organization.
• Supervise designated Behavioral Health Clinicians (BHCs) and provide consultation on complex cases.
• Participate in chart reviews and case conferences, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care and clinic operations.
• Deliver routine, acute, and preventive behavioral healthcare, assessing and treating a range of conditions.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Support quality improvement initiatives and foster a patient-centered environment.

Requirements

• Requires a Ph.D./Psy.D., MSW, or MFT degree.
• CA licensure as a Psychologist, LCSW, or LMFT.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and EHR systems.
