• High surgical volume with 2-3 days of protected OR block time and strong demand for MIGS and UroGyn procedures.
• Academic engagement: Teach and mentor residents and fellows, programmatic development, and access leadership opportunities such as Associate Program Director, Vice Chair, or Clerkship Director.
• Collaborative environment: Work alongside skilled generalists, specialists, and residents in a busy, well-managed setting.
