Job Description

• Join a dedicated and highly efficient clinical team, trained through years of collaboration with Endomastery, a leader in endodontic practice coaching.
• Work in modern, fully equipped operatories with microscopes, ASI carts, digital X-rays, and CBCT, ensuring you practice at the highest clinical standard.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited endodontic residency program.
• Eligible for licensure in the state of Nevada.
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to maintain relationships with referring providers.

Benefits

• Base salary:
  • $15,000/month for 3 days/week (first 3 months).
  • $20,000/month for 4 days/week (first 3 months).
• Production-based compensation: 45% of adjusted collections, with realistic potential to exceed base within 3 months.
• 401(k) participation available after 1 year of employment.
• Flexible scheduling with a typical work week of 3-4 days and 4 weeks of time off per year.
• Shared call responsibilities approximately one weekend per month.
