Job Description

• Create your own clinic and procedure schedules. APPs feed physicians procedures for higher RVU production.
• Call evenly split between physicians, with the majority being phone call.
• Numerous specialized APPs and practice managers provide culture and support.
• Mentor other physicians or be mentored by other physicians. Be the next face of the practice.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base plus RVU/production; you choose your own compensation structure.
• RVU production above median MGMA qualifies for additional bonus incentives.
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000, negotiable.
• Full benefits including health, dental, vision, dependent coverage, retirement, CME, PTO, malpractice, and more.
• Relocation assistance of $10,000, negotiable.
• Student loan repayment assistance/residency stipend is negotiable.

Requirements

• MD/DO degree.
• BE/BC in Gastroenterology.
• Active MS license (or ability to obtain one).
• New/future grads to experienced physicians are welcomed.
• J1 and H1B sponsorship available.
