Join our team as a Gastroenterology Physician in East Lake Tahoe. This position offers a flexible schedule and a desirable practice setting in a multi-specialty hospital with a strong community reputation.

Job Description

• Enjoy a flexible schedule and patient volume, based on physician preference.
• Join a multi-specialty hospital with a strong community reputation, large referral network, and state-of-the-art facilities.
• Work in a modern clinic with six exam rooms, shared office rotation at the hospital, and access to advanced procedures like EGD, ERCP, Colonoscopy, and CapsoCam.
• 1:4 call schedule with low overnight volume and primarily daytime consults.
• Work alongside a collaborative team with nurse practitioner support for inpatient services and 24/7 interventional radiology coverage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Strong base salary plus wRVUs puts total compensation at the 90th percentile MGMA.
• Quarterly quality bonuses based on patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Sign-on bonus up to $40,000 and relocation reimbursement up to $15,000.

• Up to $3,000 CME reimbursement and 24 additional PTO hours for CME completion.
• 401(k) with 5% employer match, reimbursement for medical license and society memberships, and 360 hours of PTO annually.

Requirements

• MD with Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada medical license.
• Open to new and experienced physicians.
• Visa sponsorship available.
