Academic Maternal Fetal Medicine

Join a well-established team of 6 MFMs in Boston, MA. This position offers an ambulatory clinic including consultations and prenatal care, ATU ultrasound, and inpatient coverage.

Job Description

• Average only 6-7 patients per session
• Work-life balance: 4-day work week schedule available
• Deliveries not required - no delivery call

Compensation & Benefits

• Relocation assistance: up to $10k
• CME allowance: $2,000/year for 1.00 FTE
• Retirement/pension vehicles and contribution: 403(b)
• Vacation/PTO/CME policies: 27 PTO days/year (8 hr. day), 12 sick days, 8 holidays
• Malpractice coverage details: Employed physicians and all other employees have limits of $2,000,000 per claim subject to an annual aggregate of $6,000,000

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and have or be eligible to obtain a Massachusetts medical license
• Must be able to obtain an MA state license
• Applicants must be board certified or be an active candidate for board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Demonstrated commitment to obstetrics education, health equity, and quality improvement
• Fluency in Spanish, or languages other than English, is highly desirable but not required
