Job Description

• 4-day work week
• 2 dedicated days per week in the OR and 2 in the clinic
• Joining an established surgeon, recruiting to meet the needs of the community
• Favorable call schedule - 1:6 call

Compensation & Benefits

• Negotiable base salary starting at $700,000 + RVU production bonus

Requirements

• Degree: M.D. or D.O.
• Certifications: Board certification preferred, board-eligible acceptable
• Licensure: State licensure or ability to obtain state licensure
• Skillset: General orthopedic surgery
• Experience: Open to 2026 fellows and experienced surgeons
