    Compensation and Benefits

    • Compensation: $240k - $310k
    • Performance bonus: RVU-based bonus structure
    • Sign-on bonus: $20k
    • Fellowship stipend: $30k

    Requirements

    • BE/BC in Pediatric Critical Care
    • Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
    • H1B visa candidates, O1 visa candidates, and 2026 J1 candidates are welcome
    • Client agrees that if a candidate has a letter of intent from a competing academic institution, TTUHSC El Paso will match the candidate's faculty appointment as part of their offer letter
    • Assistant professor is an entry-level position for a board-certified physician at TTUHSC El Paso. Lateral move in ranking will be honored as TTUHSC El Paso.
