Job Description

• Become a member of a dedicated and experienced team of two surgeons, two APPs, and 25 residents
• Standalone children's hospital steps away from adult hospital - level 1 children's trauma/surgery center
• Two clinic days and 1.5 OR days per week with dedicated OR time and staff
• Guaranteed base salary for two years (unless wRVU exceeds the salary), additional call pay, and signing/relocation bonuses
• Robust opportunities to engage in research including but not limited to clinical outcomes, care pathway development, procedural anxiety mitigation, quality improvement, and participation in multicenter studies
