Compensation & Benefits

• High earning potential: Up to $432,000
• Competitive base salary: Base salary of approximately $261,000 - $339,622 per year
• Generous bonus opportunity: Over $120,000 per year between signing, retention, and performance bonuses over and above base salary. Relocation assistance is also available.
• Comprehensive benefits package: Medical/dental/vision, CME time with allowance

Requirements

• Certifications: Board-certified or eligible in Pediatrics
• Licensure: Licensed in Alaska, or willing to obtain Alaska licensure after offer
• Sponsorship: J1 and H1 visa sponsorship available for the right candidates
