    Job Description

    • 100% outpatient practice with a predictable schedule
    • Designed patient volumes to support quality care and physician sustainability

    • Appointment mix of 15-minute established visits and 30-minute new/AWV visits
    • Target volume of 16-20 patients
    • No call

    • Leadership that prioritizes provider input, efficiency, and balance

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Base salary: $240,000-$250,000
    • Total earning potential: Up to $320,000 with RVU and quality bonuses available
    • $75,000 sign-on bonus

    Requirements

    • Degree: MD or DO
    • Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
    • Licensure: Eligible for Hawaii medical licensure
    • Skillset: Broad-spectrum outpatient pediatrics, comfort managing a diverse patient panel, interest in quality-driven, value-based care
    • Experience: Open to experienced physicians and residents/fellows
    • Sponsorship: No visa sponsorship available
