Job Description

• Multispecialty group practice setting
• Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
• Average of 12-15 patients per day seen in 15- or 30-minute appointment blocks
• Call is based on the depth of providers in the pool, shared with the Spine Department, occurring roughly once every 6-8 weeks
• APPs take triage call first
• All clinics are equipped with the latest supplies, equipment, and instruments needed
• Conditions treated include post-stroke, amputees, spinal care, traumatic brain injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, peripheral neuropathies (hand or feet numbness), spasticity care (non-pump management), physical debility, movement disorders, electrodiagnostic medicine, spinal cord injuries, neuromuscular disorders (after neurological diagnosis), and cancer debility
• The main campus has 11 standard exam rooms, 2 EMG suites, and 1 extra-large EEG suite
• Full nursing and clerical support staff
• Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation + RVU (average compensation is $293k-$379k)
• RVU productivity - 1st year guarantee of $45,000
• Pay for performance averaging $20,000
• Average sign-on bonus of $50,000
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000
