Job Description

- Ideal work environment: Treat a broad patient population with access to specialized therapies including pelvic floor rehab, dry needling, and blood flow restriction therapy.
- Favorable call schedule: Rotating weekend and holiday coverage (approx. once every five weeks), scheduled three months in advance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation: Hourly rate of $40-$50 per hour (based on experience).
- Call pay: 1.5x hourly rate for weekend coverage.
- Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000 reimbursement available for moving expenses.
- Continuing education: $500 annual CME allowance.

Requirements
- Degree: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
- Licensure: Must have or be able to obtain an active Illinois Physical Therapist license.
- Certifications: BLS required; APTA membership preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred skills: Pediatric experience is a plus.
- Additional requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance for home health visits.
- Visa sponsorship: Open to H1B candidates.
