    Job Description

    • Favorable call schedule: Rotating weekend and holiday coverage (approx. once every five weeks), scheduled three months in advance.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive compensation: Hourly rate of $40-$50 per hour (based on experience).
    • Call pay: 1.5x hourly rate for weekend coverage.
    • Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000 reimbursement available for moving expenses.
    • Continuing education: $500 annual CME allowance.

    Requirements

    • Degree: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
    • Licensure: Must have or be able to obtain an active Illinois Physical Therapist license.
    • Certifications: BLS required; APTA membership preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Preferred skills: Pediatric experience is a plus.
    • Additional requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance for home health visits.
    • Visa sponsorship: Open to H1B candidates.
