    Outpatient Physical Therapist

    Join our team as an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Eastern North Carolina. This position offers a desirable work-life balance and a supportive environment within a collaborative therapy department.

    Job Description

    • Work-life balance: Clinic is open 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM on Friday. No weekends, no call.
    • Desirable practice setting: Outpatient hospital-based setting serving primarily adults and teens in a collaborative therapy department.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive compensation: Hourly rates based on experience
      • PT I (0-3 years): $36.50 - $38.72/hr
      • PT II (4+ years): $40.66 - $54.64/hr
    • Sign-on bonus: $10,000

    Requirements

    • Degree: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
    • Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a North Carolina PT license.
    • Skillset: Strong evaluation and intervention skills with adolescent and adult populations in an outpatient setting.
    • Experience: All experience levels welcome; tiered pay based on years of experience.
