Job Description

• Work-life balance with shared call between all Urologists
• Desirable practice setting with new Urology offices being built on the OR/clinic grounds
• Flexible weekly schedules in the clinic/OR and flexible patient volumes, with options for general Urology to specialized Urology
• Leadership and professional growth opportunities, including a lead Urologist position to mentor younger doctors and help grow the current practice

Compensation and Benefits

• Financial package includes a $700k guaranteed base salary (negotiable) plus wRVU production
• Sign-on bonus of $30,000, negotiable

• Relocation assistance of $10,000
• Student loan repayment assistance, negotiable

Requirements

• Board eligible/certified in Urology
• Active MS license or ability to obtain one
• Skillset ranging from general Urology to specialized Urology
• Open to new graduates as well as experienced physicians
• J1 and H1 friendly position
