Monitor Technician

Job Description
- Oversee and document various aspects of construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor construction activities, and provide detailed reports to the project management team.
- Regularly visit project site to observe and document ongoing activities. Ensure that construction work is being performed in compliance with project plan and specifications.
- Inspect materials, workmanship, and completed work to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications. Report any deviations or deficiencies to the Monitoring Project Engineer.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of site visits, inspections, and observations. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Monitoring Project Engineer, highlighting any issues or concerns.
- Serve as a liaison between the construction site and the project management team. Communicate any issues, delays, or changes in the construction process to the appropriate parties.
- Oversee and document environmental conditions on the construction site, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and permits. Report any violations or concerns to the relevant authorities.
- Ensure that all construction equipment is being used properly and maintained according to safety standards. Report any malfunctions or misuse to the site supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on site monitoring, quality control, or safety inspection.
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and equipment.
