Job Description

• Ensure our clinical teams are equipped to provide the highest standard of care while driving regulatory compliance across all levels of service.
• Design and implement training programs, foster continuous improvement, and develop new initiatives to support our mission of excellence.
• Work closely with Department Heads to shape the strategic growth of our organization.
• Develop and deliver training programs for Nursing, Assisted Living, and Home Care teams.
• Oversee our Infection Control Program and ensure compliance with CMS and NYS Department of Health regulations.
• Support regulatory readiness, monitor performance, and advise management on compliance.

Requirements

• NYS RN License, with a BSN (Master's preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, with knowledge of quality improvement and compliance.
• Expertise in current healthcare trends and regulations, particularly in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Home Care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for serving older adults and ensuring they receive the best care possible.

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Compensation

Pay: $99,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year
