Family CRNP
We are seeking a full-time Family CRNP for our office located in Beaver County, PA to provide the full range of outpatient comprehensive medical care to patients from pediatrics through senior citizens. We are looking for an individual who believes in making a difference in their community while working alongside other passionate providers.
Job Description
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNP.
- Certified as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Current PA License and Current DEA License.
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records.
- Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.
Hours and Location
PHN Rochester Community Health Center: 176 Virginia Ave, Rochester PA 15074
The general office hours for this position are (40 hours) between:
- Monday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Tuesday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Wednesday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
NO WEEKENDS
