    Job Description

    • Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of urologic conditions, including urinary tract disorders, kidney stones, prostate disease, and male reproductive health.
    • Perform outpatient consultations, procedures, and inpatient surgical interventions.
    • Collaborate with primary care providers, surgeons, and oncology teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
    • Utilize minimally invasive and robotic surgical techniques when appropriate.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, peer review, and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Educate patients on preventive care and long-term management of urologic health.

    Requirements

    • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
    • Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
    • Experience: Previous clinical or surgical experience preferred, but new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
