Full spectrum panel, see patients of all ages, primarily adults / geriatrics
Primarily preventative and chronic care management
Outpatient clinic (Mon-Friday) 8a-5p
Collaborative team with dedicated support medical and advanced practice professional staff
Managed care and mixed payor practice
Average 20-22 patients per day
