Job Description

• Must have a valid LPN license in good standing with the State of Ohio.
• Prefer previous experience of at least one year in a long-term care facility; however, we will consider new graduates.
• Must be able to work as a team and have knowledge of medication administration, treatments, and overall processes in a long-term care facility.
