Emergency Medicine Physician

I am working with St. Luke's Health-Memorial Hospital-Livingston in Livingston, TX through Integrative Emergency Services, and they are looking for some temporary Emergency Medicine coverage over the next several months.

Job Description

• This facility is looking for Emergency Medicine physicians to help them out with coverage starting April 2024 and ongoing.
• The facility is willing to consider ABEM, FP/ER, or IM/ER physicians.
• The facility is looking to fill 5-10 shifts per month.
• The minimum assignment length is 5 shifts per month.
• Shift times: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
• Average of 1.7-2 patients per hour.
• Specialty backup includes Anesthesia, CardioThoracic Surgery, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Radiology, and Vascular Surgery.
• 24/7 Lab and X-Ray available.
• Support staff includes 2 mid-levels, 2 RNs, and 1 MA.
• The facility does have Scribes.
• EMR: AllScripts (Sunrise).

Requirements

• FP/ER and IM/ER must have ATLS/ACLS/BLS/PALS CPR certificates active.
• 60-90 days to privilege (Emergency privileges can be granted in 30 days for clean physicians).

Compensation

• $300 per hour for ABEM physicians.
• $265 per hour for FP/ER or IM/ER physicians.
