Join our dynamic team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a classic Skilled Nursing Facility that has 115 beds, with a heavy emphasis on long-term resident care and a small, but growing, short-term rehab unit. Newly certified grads are welcome to apply!

Job Description

• Provide compassion and companionship to residents, knowing their names and stories.
• Help patients reach their goals and work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
• Make a direct impact on a patient's recovery and stay.
• Assist with daily living activities to ensure patient comfort.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in IL.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or intermediate care facility is ideal, but newly certified grads are welcome.
• Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care) is helpful.
