About the job
Physical Therapist
Exceptional Physical Therapist Outpatient Opportunity. TheraCORE Physical Therapy and Fitness is seeking a talented Physical Therapist to join their team in Westmont. We believe therapists should be provided the autonomy and support to deliver individualized treatments focused on quality care, not on achieving performance metrics. Through communication, flexibility with continuing education packages, and a schedule emphasizing quality over quantity, we are building a team of extraordinary providers who see the benefit of working for a small practice.
Fostering a workplace where work-life balance matters leads to happier, more engaged therapists who ultimately provide the best care to patients. This means no double booking, no required Saturday hours, the actual time to eat lunch, and fewer administrative tasks so your time away from work isn't filled with documentation.
At TheraCORE, you're not a statistic; you're an individual practicing at the highest level.
- No required weekend hours
- Time to eat lunch (set schedule with a true lunch break)
- No double booking of patients and schedule autonomy
- Work side-by-side with practice owners
- Robust and flexible continuing education package
- A culture of teamwork and communication
- Part-time hours available!
My work-life balance has been significantly better since working at TheraCORE. - Chris, PTA
Individualized care is a must at TheraCORE. No two patients or diagnoses are the same. Re-assessment at each patient visit, looking at the body as a whole and figuring out the cause of the dysfunction, and having the time to be able to do so, is our top priority. - Amy, PT, Practice Owner
