    Job Description:

    • Join the faculty of the Division of Geriatric Medicine within the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University
    • Provide clinical care in South Philadelphia, including outpatient practice across from Methodist Hospital and in-patient setting at Methodist Hospital
    • Medical Directorship at the ACE Unit included
    • Report to the Director of the Division of Geriatric Medicine
    • Supported administratively by the Associate Administrator for the Division of Geriatric Medicine
    • Appointed as a faculty member at the appropriate rank

    Requirements:

    • MD/DO
    • Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine/Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Geriatric Medicine
    • Geriatric Medicine physicians from both Internal Medicine and Family Medicine primary board certification are encouraged to apply
    • Demonstrated ability to work as part of interprofessional teams
    • Demonstrated commitment to health equity
