Location: Lexington, NC

Job Description:

Perform in-person comprehensive health histories and physical exams on patients
Integrate the primary care treatment plan into the overall plan of care developed by the interdisciplinary team
Evaluate and treat participants during acute illness
Refer participants to medical specialists following consultation with the Primary Care Physician

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Temporary full-time need for coverage

Requirements:

Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact
Must meet Carolina SeniorCare's auto insurance carrier's standards for coverage
Current license in North Carolina
Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required

Experience:

Minimum of one year's experience working with the frail or elderly population required
Two years' experience in a geriatric setting desirable
Training or related experience in the job assigned
