    Our client was founded in 1998 and is a leading women's healthcare group with 110 locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country. The OB/GYN role is full scope practice.

    Job Description:

    • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
    • In Office Services:
      • Labs, D&C/Suction, Polypectomy, Hysteroscopy, Myosure, Endo Cryo Ablation, Leek, Cryo Cervix
    • Hospital Call 1:7
    • 2 Physicians and 4 APPs at this location
    • Admitting hospital is Banner Gateway Medical Center
      • Level II NICU, MFM Onsite, Anesthesia Onsite, 13 L&D Rooms
    • Complex/Invasive surgeries including robotics

    Salary and Benefits:

    • Sign On Bonus: $100,000
      • Paid out in one lump sum or choice of spreading it out as a retention bonus over 5 years
    • Base Salary: Aggressive compensation package per MGMA guidelines and based on years of experience

    • Additional Compensation: Productivity Model with a 3x annual salary threshold

    Requirements:

    • MD/DO
    • Current valid license or ability to obtain a medical license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona

    • Board eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG) is required; board certification is required within 5 years of achieving initial eligibility and ongoing employment is contingent upon this
    • Current BLS required
