Job Description

• Monitor vital signs to ensure residents' well-being.
• Assist residents with daily needs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, to maintain their comfort and dignity.
• Support medical staff by administering medications and performing basic medical tasks.
• Keep accurate and confidential patient records.
• Observe residents and report changes in health to the medical team.
• Communicate procedures and care plans clearly to residents and their families.
• Change dressings and bandages to support proper healing.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in PA.
• In-depth knowledge of skilled nursing standards of care.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• BLS Certification to ensure safety and quality care.
