Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a multi-site float position. As a float nurse, you will work as a temporary fill-in at correctional facilities experiencing nursing staff shortages, which may involve 6, 8, or 12-hour shifts during the day, evening, nights, and weekends. This role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work in various locations and settings when called. Lodging and travel expenses will be provided for longer-distance travels that may require working at a facility for multiple days. Candidates must be available for last-minute assignments and ready to work when contacted.

Job Description

• Render nursing care in assigned areas based on individualized client needs, following recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards.
• Work under the direction/delegation of the registered nurse.

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check

Benefits
