    Job Description:

    • Work in a SNF setting
    • Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by the physical therapist
    • Lead patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities
    • Ensure the proper application of various treatment modalities
    • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies
    • Monitor patients' responses to treatment interventions

    Compensation and Benefits:
