    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by the physical therapist to address patients' specific rehabilitation goals and functional needs
    • Lead patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities designed to enhance their physical function and promote recovery
    • Ensure the proper application of various treatment modalities, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatment parameters as necessary
    • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, proper body mechanics, and techniques for managing pain and discomfort
    • Monitor patients' responses to treatment interventions, documenting their progress and any changes in functional status or treatment tolerance

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
    • Current license/certification in the state of practice
