    Job Description:

    • Work as an integral part of the rehabilitation team under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
    • Assist in the implementation of treatment plans to address patients' specific rehabilitation goals and functional needs.
    • Lead patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities to enhance physical function and promote recovery.
    • Ensure the proper application of various treatment modalities, monitoring patient responses and adjusting as necessary.
    • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies and proper body mechanics.
    • Monitor patients' progress, document changes, and communicate updates to the supervising physical therapist.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
    • Current license/certification in the state of practice
