Job Description

• Plan, organize, staff, administer, and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON).
• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants.

Requirements

• At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment, most of which should be in a management role.
• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents.
• Current RN License.
• Ability to administer medication and IV certification.
• Good working knowledge of state rules/regulations.
• Positive can-do attitude and excellent attendance.
