Join our team as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in a 74-bed facility, where you will provide compassionate care to our residents. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for part-time roles.

Job Description

• Provide resident care according to an approved care plan
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
• Understand and practice infection control procedures
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping policies, including vitals
• Report all violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately

Requirements

• Must hold a current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)
• Completed CNA/STNA course and state licensed
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
• Positive can-do attitude
• Excellent attendance
