Urgent Care Physician - $10,000 Sign-on Bonus - Creve Coeur, MO

Job Title: Physician at Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC)

Location: Greater St. Louis, Missouri and Illinois, Kansas City

Job Description:

• Provide a level of care that goes beyond the traditional urgent care setting
• Ensure comprehensive care for patients of all ages
• Procedures include EKG and X-ray interpretation, abscess incision and drainage, infection management, reduction of dislocations, splinting of minor fractures, laceration repair, IV hydration, and medication administration
• Serve as a role model and leader for the clinical team
• Communicate test results, follow-up care, and treatment plans
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers
• Work with an energetic, highly-trained support team, including many shifts with a scribe

Requirements:

• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (with pediatric experience) preferred
• Licensed in state of practice
• Experience with procedures such as suturing and abscess I&D
• Experience with reading diagnostic studies, including X-rays and EKGs
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care highly preferred
• ACLS and PALS Certification preferred
