Physician Assistant
Location: Greater St. Louis, Illinois, and Kansas City
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care in an acute care setting
- Ensure comprehensive care for patients of all ages
- Perform procedures including EKG and X-ray interpretation, abscess incision and drainage, infection management, reduction of dislocations, splinting of fractures, laceration repair, IV hydration, and medication administration
- Serve as a role model and leader for the clinical team
- Communicate test results, follow-up care, and treatment plans
- Collaborate effectively with Physicians
- Work with an energetic, highly-trained support team, including many shifts with a scribe
Advanced Diagnostic Tools:
- Onsite CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, EKG, and labs to provide a higher level of treatment

Requirements:
- Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Physician Assistant
- Experience with procedures such as suturing and abscess I&D
- Experience with reading diagnostic studies, including X-rays and EKGs
- 2+ years of clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care highly preferred
- ACLS and PALS Certification preferred
