Job Description

• Responsible for screening, evaluating, and treatment of residents needing services.
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of treatment staff.
• Evaluate results of therapy.
• Complete discharge planning.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in good standing.
