Job Description

• Outpatient programs in the Portland Metro area are a multi-disciplinary school-based team of psychiatrists, therapists, and skills trainers working with clients and families to help them understand and manage their mental health needs.
• Typically support 25 to 30 clients on caseloads, contingent on specific location responsibilities that may encompass mental health promotion.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans.

Requirements

• Completed a master's degree and are eligible for certification in the State of Oregon as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage & family therapist.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in supporting those around you.
• Desire to receive free clinical supervision to obtain your license.

• Starting rate of pay: Unlicensed - Starting $68,320 DOE; Licensed - Starting at $73,120 DOE.
