Job Description

• Wide array of case mix to include General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, ENT, Plastics, and Urologic. No complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants. Hospital employed W2 position.
• Physicians and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care. Supervision model with a max 4:1 ratio.
• Physicians are expected to be scheduled for 2,060 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status. Call is shared equally.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Successful completion of an ACGME accredited anesthesiology residency program.
• Board certification through the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) or the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology (AOBA) or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment.
• Obtain Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
