St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a Full Time or Part Time Family Medicine Physician for Capital District Family Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support.

Capital District Family Medicine located at 1440 Western Avenue, Albany, NY is seeking a Physician to join their dynamic team of providers. The ideal candidate will be patient-centered, have exceptional clinical and communication skills, and possess a desire to mentor and oversee advanced practitioners.

Job Description

• This office is a hub to offer primary care services to those in need of a provider. A majority of the referrals generate from the ER for patients with no established primary care.
• Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage.
• Physician governed organization with physician led JOC.
• Option for flexible schedule - Part Time or Full-Time options available.
• APP collaboration is required and provides an additional source of compensation.
• Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available if interested.

Requirements

• Board Certified
• NYS licensure
• DEA required

Benefits

• Competitive salary range $250,000 - $260,000 for Full Time.
• Starting Bonus of up to $75,000 for Full Time (pro-rated for less than).
• Retention Bonus of $25,000 for Full Time (pro-rated for less than).
