St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Nocturnist to join our employed hospitalist group at Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY and St Peters Hospital in Albany, NY.

The selected candidate will join an established, directly employed, hospital medicine program. Enjoy excellent colleagues, strong system practice support, and a physician-friendly environment. Block scheduling is available but not required. Shifts are 12-hours, 7 on/7 off. We are seeking candidates for the Nocturnist shift (7:00 pm - 7:00 am at Samaritan and 8:00 pm - 8:00 am at St Peters hospital).

This opportunity is not accepting J1 or H1B visa candidates.

Job Description

Requirements

• MD/DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must be able to obtain a New York State licensure and DEA
• ACLS/BLS certification
• Excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent team-oriented care

Benefits

• Base salary of $332,800 per year
• Starting bonus of $40,000 for Nocturnist position only
