Geriatrics Physician

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Geriatrics Physician to join our Geriatrics Team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Job Description

• Trinity Health Grand Rapids provides care for patients in eight local nursing facilities and supports the Trinity Health at Home Thrive Program, an Advanced Care Coordination Program.
• Opportunity to teach Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows.

• Visit length adequate to meet complex patient population.
• Call shared among Providers.

Requirements

• Open to new grads with Fellowship in Geriatrics or experienced Internal Medicine/Family Medicine candidates.
• Experience working with the Geriatric population.
• Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
• State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
• DEA license.
• BLS Certification and maintain recertification.
