ABA Technician

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with autism? Triumph ABA is currently seeking a dedicated ABA Technician to join our team and provide exceptional ABA services under the guidance of a Behavioral Supervisor (BCBA).

Job Description

• Follow a flexible schedule of Tuesday - Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility in scheduling.
• Deliver one-on-one in-home-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments.
• Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.
• Assist the BCBA in training families on the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including full-time or part-time options.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field.
• Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality laws.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Benefits

• Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
• Part-time and contract position allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate both personal and professional commitments.
