    ENT Physician

    Join our team at UNC Ear, Nose & Throat at UNC Rex! UNC Ear, Nose & Throat at UNC Rex invites you to become part of our dynamic, expanding group practice serving the Triangle community. Here, you'll join a dedicated team of five physicians providing comprehensive ENT care across Wake County, including offices in Cary, Wake Forest, and Raleigh. The incoming physician will be able to build their patient base quickly from established primary care and specialist referrals within our large physician network and community referral sources.

    Practice Details

    • Established practice sites that are fully equipped and modernized with an independent Allergy clinic, Audiology services with robust hearing aid sales, and Speech Pathology services.
    • Epic (EHR) with AI Scribe capabilities to improve physician satisfaction.
    • Dedicated block OR time (within the UNC REX Hospital and at our Cary & Wakefield Ambulatory Surgery Center locations).
    • Ownership opportunity at the surgery centers.
    • Collaborative and collegial team of experienced and newer providers.
    • Shared call responsibilities to ensure an ideal work/life balance.

    • Competitive guaranteed base salary with a strong production-based compensation model.

    Requirements

    • Active member of the Rex Hospital Medical Staff, including meeting the Board Certification requirements.
    • Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
    • Board Certified in Specialty; MD License in healthcare specialty.
    • DEA; MD.
    • BLS certification preferred.
    • Prefer prior experience in Otolaryngology.
    • Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.
