    Primary Therapist

    United Recovery Project is seeking a professional, dedicated, and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our outstanding Clinical Team. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of mental health disorders and possess the skills and compassion necessary to work in this environment.     Job Description

    • Responsible for patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy
    • Conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments
    • Collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan
    • Assist in coordinating discharge planning
    • Provide structure, boundaries, and a warm and caring environment
    • Maintain communication with the family, referral source, and other service providers as needed
    • Work as part of a team to provide exceptional patient care
    • Promote positive morale and maintain professional composure

    Requirements

    • Computer literacy required
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in Mental Health required
    • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required
    • Licensure and/or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in Florida required
    • KIPU EMR knowledge preferred
    • Current CPR certification and First Aid preferred
    • Applicants are required to successfully clear a Level 2 Background check

    Compensation

    Pay range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually commensurate with experience.
